Induction Training

This workshop can be for:

  1. Delivery by NMI to your new staff
  2. Delivery by your company staff / stakeholder (Train-the-Trainer)
  3. Delivery Online through your company website with IT Support 

New staff induction workshops can be delivered in person or blended with a general purpose Online solution specific to your organisation.

This programme links in with recruitment - it follows best practice with the Chartered Inst of Personnel Development and the Health and Safety Executive. New Staff Induction Training

By adopting a consistent approach managers are protected from accusations from employees of not having been shown or trained how to lift, comply with H&S or other company policies and procedures -If any incident or accident happens the employer and employee is more protected.

By clearly communicating the expectations early on in employment leads to fewer surprises and greater concentration by employees on doing the job to the standard he/she was employed to do.

This programme also helps the new employee build relationships with their team members and their manager.

This programme also creates a 12 month structured development plan for new employees.

Delivery Style

The delivery style will fit the culture, vision and corporate identity of your company - to delegates it will appear the facilitator is a full time member of your management team.

Delivery will be eclectic i.e.  involving and introducing all the key people in your business explaining how it all fits together - key to success will be an open, friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Duration

1 day - starting at 9.30am finishing at 4.30pm with breaks whenever it suits . By mutual agreement we could take 30 minutes  for lunch. On site or in company workshops we recommend no more than 10 people per a workshop.

Pre Course

Ideally this programme will need a thorough TNA before hand. This would lead on to a project brief defining the programmes contents. Each course will have specific briefings - special instructions & content relevant to the delegates and their roles.

key events  networking, coach / buddy, support  diary meetings  intranet information and system 

Cost
On site : £998 (max 10) Plus VAT, travel & Subsistence (30 miles+)  

Special instruction: The key to success of this program is a thorough understanding of your company culture and clear partnership with your HR and local management team.
