This course provides a really solid foundation in all the key theories surrounding sailing and seamanship. Knowing where you are, and where you're going, chart work, navigation, meteorology etc.
Learn to apply due diligence to your sailing, determine tidal heights and streams and how they and numerous factors effect your prospects and opportunities, to identify risks of collision and so much more.

Up to 12 students to 1 instructor. Minimum Age: 16+ unaccompanied. 12+ if accompanied by a parent / guardian.

2.5 weekends - starting at 8.30am, finishing at 4.30pm with breaks whenever it suits.
Or 40hrs over 5 days Intensive.
This course may be delivered at any suitable training venue; sailing club, school, village hall or private residence.
